Jacksonville Fl - If you love great food, you have got to try Olio. The new restaurant which opened mid 2011 is a spot you must check out if you have never been. The culinary team consist of Head Chef: Greg DeSanto & Sous-Chef: Ian Northcutt. 

The downtown destination has been featured on the Travel Channel's "Adam Richman's Best Sandwich in America" for their Duck Grilled Cheese. The besides the usual downtown lunch rush and diner crowd, they host numerous conventioneers and guests from out of town staying at the Hyatt Downtown Riverfront.

Local's know Olio for their Fish Tacos, Steak & Aged Gouda Cheese, Shrimp Po' Boy, "Deep-Dish" Quiche ant their famous Duck Grilled Cheese. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is very clean. One of the coolest parts of the restaurans is that you can watch their chef's prepare your meal in their open exhibition kitchen.
