New renderings for a 333-unit apartment community were recently released and will go before Downtown Development Review Board on March 23! The 8 story mid-rise project will be located where River City Brewing Company currently sits adjacent to Friendship Fountain. The new renderings come as past renderings for a less modern building were not approved.

The project will cost an estimated $92 million to complete and will also include a 535 space parking garage, pool, fitness center, seating, lounge terraces, fire pits and an outdoor summer kitchen for residents.
