Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is now open at 4954 Town Center Parkway next to Chuy’s. Featuring the chains latest restaurant design, the Jacksonville location was outfitted with an open-style kitchen that gives you a window into the hard work and passion that their team members put into preparing delicious, made-from-scratch meals.

The restaurant’s locations typically are 7,000 square feet, seat 255 guests and employ 200 people, according to President and CEO Ian Baines.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen serves made-from-scratch goodness in a welcoming place. Enjoy house smoked baby back ribs, hand-battered country fried chicken, scratch burgers, homemade onion rings and homemade soups.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
