Biscottis, one of Jacksonville's favorite restaurants located in historic riverside, now has a full liquor bar! The casual dining and dessert spot known for their American cuisine infused with Southern charm plus delectable desserts received their new permit to serve liquor this October. The restaurant had previously only been able to serve beer and wine.
