The Beaches Oktoberfest, Jacksonville Beaches Largest Family Friendly Festival, will be taking place at the Sea Walk Pavilion on October 13-14, 2018. The annual festival attracts over 55,000 visitors and offers a large variety of German, craft and Oktoberfest beers, food trucks, a 110+ ft Ferris wheel, arts & crafts market, games, activities, kid zone and so much more.
Beaches Oktoberfest is the going to be bringing in the Cornhole Tournament sponsored by JaxFray. The tournament will kick off at 1pm on Saturday October 13th at the festival. The tournament will be held in the Food Truck Food Court next to the Local's Only Beer Garden and Second Stage.
Sign up for the tournament is $30 per team and includes one complimentary beer per person, a commemorative Oktoberfest stein, and registration into the tournament. In addition, there will be $500 in cash and prizes plus trophies for the top three teams! Registration is limited to the first 64 teams (we have limited the size of the tournament compared to Freedom Festival earlier this year)! If your team is registered for the tournament, please make sure to arrive at the festival between 12pm-1pm to check in at the Jax Fray tent prior to the tournament.

On Sunday, there will be a beach clean up beginning promptly at 10am, taking place right on the beach behind Sea Walk Pavilion. The clean up is free, family friendly, and is open to the public. Cleanup efforts will continue until 1pm. The first 50 volunteers will receive a complimentary stein on Sunday afternoon following the cleanup as part of the Beaches Oktoberfest festivities along with a #KeepJaxBeachClean Hat. All volunteers will receive complimentary water, smoothies, donuts, snacks, food, swag and more! There will be prizes for top collectors of the cigarette butt competition and a free raffle for volunteers.
