The Jacksonville Jaguars today announced details for the 2015 ROAR Cheerleader Auditions presented by Venus.

Preliminary and semifinal auditions will be held at EverBank Field on Saturday, March 21. Final auditions will be held on Saturday, March 28. Interested candidates must register online to audition by Friday, March 6 and must attend an audi- tion class. “Auditions are always an exciting time of the year,” said Jaguars Senior Manager of Cheerleading, Promotions and Programs Christy Stechman Zynda. “We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are talented entertainers and will be outstanding ambassadors for our team and city.”

THE ROAR is an integral part of the Jaguars’ entertainment package during all home games. These NFL cheerleaders cap- tivate fans with high-energy dance routines. Off the playing field, they participate in hundreds of community, corporate and charitable events both nationally and internationally, serving as goodwill ambassadors for the Jaguars and the NFL. 

AUDITION SCHEDULE

Audition Classes:
Tuesday, March 17, 2015 (7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m)
and/or
Wednesday, March 18, 2015(7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m)
and/or
Thursday, March 19, 2015 (7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m)

(All applicants must attend at least one audition class prior to auditioning with the option to attend additional classes for an additional fee.)

PRELIMINARY AUDITIONS
Saturday, March 21, 2015 
Check-in opens at 9:00 a.m.
(Approximately 3 hours)
(All interested audition candidates must be checked in by 9:30 a.m. to participate in the audition process. Those selected to advance to the semifinal audition will be identified at the conclusion of the preliminary audition.)

SEMIFINAL AUDITIONS
Saturday, March 21, 2015 
Check-in opens at 1:00 p.m.
(Approximately 3 hours) 
(Those selected to advance to the final audition will be identified at the conclusion of the semifinal audition.)

FINALIST REHEARSAL
Tuesday, March 24, 2015

FINALIST INTERVIEWS
Wednesday, March 25, 2015 or Thursday, March 26, 2015. 
(Interviews will be scheduled on an individual basis. Specific scheduling information will be distributed to finalists on March 21, 2015.)

FINAL AUDITIONS
Saturday, March 28, 2015 
Check-in opens at 9:00 a.m. 
(Finals will conclude by approximately 5:00 p.m.)
 

ATTIRE
During the auditions and audition classes, proper attire is required: sleeveless crop top, dance briefs (French cut); non-shimmering, skin-tone hose; jazz shoes or dance sneakers. 

REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION
Be prepared to show a valid driver’s license or passport at check-in for auditions and audition classes. You will not be able to participate without proper identification. 

HEADSHOT
Turn in a current headshot at your scheduled audition class.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
All registered applicants will receive a confirmation email by Wednesday, March 11, 2015
