Right Whale Festival
When: 11/6-7
The annual Right Whale Festival will return to Amelia Island, Florida, Nov. 6-7, to highlight the critical state of North Atlantic right whales and local efforts to protect the species from extinction. The free family-friendly event also celebrates the return of the whales to Amelia Island’s coast as calving season begins. Festival guests can enjoy ocean-themed activities and educational exhibits, live music, food trucks, art and crafts, water recreation displays and more while learning about the endangered right whale.

Red Bull Night Riders
Where: Jacksonville Beach Pier – North Side
When: RESCHEDULED to SUNDAY 11/7 10am-2pm
Stormy weather has blown the annual Red Bull Night Riders surf competition into Sunday morning. With some of the largest waves to date, Red Bull Light Riders daytime aerial surf event will take place on Sunday Nov 7 at 10am on the north side of Jacksonville Beach pier.
This is a free event open to the public. Previously scheduled for November 6th until the weather took a turn, this new date ensures a safe event for the surfers and crowd alike. The surfers will be towed at the waves and given 15 minutes each to try to pull off their best air. By towing toward the waves, the surfers get the momentum they need to pull off their tricks.
They’ll be judged on their best trick of their heat by a panel of their peers, with the winner taking home the entire prize purse of $5,000.

Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair
The Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair is the largest fair/festival in northeast Florida and is currently ranked 47th in the United States by Amusement Business . The fair has an estimated economic impact on Duval County in excess of $10 million. The impact to the City of Jacksonville through lease revenues, and revenues from parking during the 12 days of the fair is annually in excess of $195,000.
The fair impacts the community in other ways too. Since its inception, the fair has made contributions totaling approximately $3.1 million to charitable and civic organizations. This year marks the 65th Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair and we want you to share in the fun!

Porchfest
PorchFest is a free event held in Historic Springfield, a community just north of downtown Jacksonville, Florida on November 6th, 2021.
