The Jumpin' Jax House Of Food Opens Today In Mandarin

The Jumpin’ Jax House of Food is scheduled to open today at 10131 San Jose Boulevard in Mandarin. The owner, Howdy Russell stated that the restaurant will offer burgers, pizza, wraps, salads, desserts and homemade soups.
One of their highlighted items off their menu is the 904 Club, which will be served on Texas toast and features house marinated chicken breast topped with melted cheddar cheese, pecanwood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, garlic aioli sauce and avocado.
For salad lovers, they have the Jax Wedge that is a Iceberg wedge topped with house made blue cheese dressing and crumbles with grape tomato, pecanwood smoked bacon, avocado, carrots, red onion and house made croutons.
The 5,200-square-foot restaurant, which previously housed Red Elephant Pizza, has 135 seats and will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4:30 to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
