This Saturday, a new café will be opening in Jacksonville Beach. Owner Daniel Bluett will be opening the Fla Juice & Bowl at 2403 3^rd Street South. Having almost 1800Ssf,  the café plans on seating  up to 50 patrons.

The Fla Juice & Bowl will serve 15 different smoothies along with acai and pitaya bowls, They will also serve hawaiian-style poke bowls, cubed raw tuna and salmon served over sushi rice or organic mixed greens. The salmon and tuna will be fresh daily. There will be options for customers to build their own bowls as well.

They will also offers several milk flavors including cashew, coconut, macadamia nut, almond  and cow’s milk. There will also be a large variety of superfoods available in fruits and toppings for the bowl that are purchased.

Daniel Bluett mentioned that he developed this restaurant concept while living in California and felt that the beaches area would be a great fit for his cafe. The store hours will be 8am to 7pm Monday through Saturday and 8am to 5pm on Sunday.
