The Gate River Run is the largest 15K race in the United States and will once again serve as the USA 15K Championship with America's top Olympic athletes competing for over $56,000 in prize money. Last year over 24,000 runners and walkers participated in one of our featured events including the 15K, The Florida Times-Union 5K for Charity, the Junior River Run, and the Brooks Rehabilitation Challenge Mile.
The 2018 Gate River Run, will start 30 minutes earlier than in past years, with the first wave set to begin at 8 a.m. The races, including a 5K, challenge mile and Junior River Run will be held on Saturday, March 10, and is expected to feature more than 20,000 runners and walkers in the events, all held in the sports complex area around EverBank Field.

Gate River Run 15K – Starts on Gator Bowl Boulevard
• Elite Women – 7:54 a.m.
• Wave One – 8:00 a.m.
• Wave Two – 8:06 a.m.
• Wave Three – 8:12 a.m.
• Wave Four – 8:18 a.m.
You can register online at www.GateRiverRun15K.com until Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at midnight. Registration is also available at the Gate River Run Expo on Thursday, March 8 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. or Friday, March 9 from 11 a.m. -8 p.m. There is no registration on race day.
Runners will need to arrive early as there will be over 20,000 people trying to park on race morning. Every participant will receive a men's or women's technical, moisture wicking shirt. Medals will be given to all finishers in the 15K.
The starting line is on Gator Bowl Boulevard between the Stadium and Metropolitan Park. Portable restrooms and a bag check are located in each starting zone. All runners should be in position by 7:30 AM. Make sure to wear your race number on the front of your clothing. This is the only way to be identified for online pictures.
