This Wednesday, March 1st, make plans to come downtown for the First Wednesday Art Walk's "Shamrockin' Downtown" Pre St Paddy's Day Celebration! There will be hundreds of local artists, a variety of local food trucks, green beer, live music & is the perfect time to explore 15+ blocks Downtown! The event is from 5 to 9 PM, is free and family-friendly with a new Kid Zone near Peterbrooke Chocolatier and the Landing! Jig to the sounds of the JFRD Pipes and Drums every hour from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Enjoy an Irish brew or two while you groove to performances by Aurora on the main stage from 5-8:30 p.m. Make your friends green with envy as you check out a sneak preview of the Jacksonville Zoo’s upcoming exhibit, Titanoboa, featuring live snakes and free giveaways. Plus, create a mosaic masterpiece with Roux Arts’ Street Pipes Mobile Mosaic, grab a bite from your food truck favorites and enjoy more live music by Leah Sykes in Charlie’s Café.Come out and have a shamrockin' time!
