If you love the St. Johns River- you’ll love Reddie Point Preserve. The 102 acers were acquired by the City of Jacksonville in November of 2002. At the park there is a 700 ft fishing pier that is perfect for dropping a line or just enjoying the view of the St. Johns River. There is also a boat and kayak launch, picnic pavilion, wildlife observation areas, a large field and nature trails.

There are 1.5 miles of trails to take a stroll on- while walking you will pass ponds, wildflowers and have a view of the St. Johns River. The two trails at Reddie Point are The Main Trail (1mi) and The Mars Trail (0.25mi). Both are kid friendly and a great spot to walk your dog.
