Jacksonville Fl - Local Motives - A Pop-up Art Show opens Sunday, March 9th 2014 5pm-9pm for one night only.The event will be held at Brewers Pizza located at 14b Blanding Blvd, Orange Park Fl 32073. Local Artists Coming Together is proud to invite viewers to Brewer's Pizza for "Local Motives - A Pop-up Art Show" a collection of works centered on a more local way of life.
The artwork at the show will be exclusively created by local area artists, held at a local brewery, benefiting a local nonprofit. One night only these works of art will be displayed and sold. Some of the artists will be on hand to discuss their works with collectors and admirers. All items will be available for purchase so we do ask that you come prepared to purchase art. Also, we ask that you please tell a fellow art enthusiast about this event.
15% of all artwork sold will be donated to The St. Johns Riverkeeper, whose mission is to work on behalf of the community for clean and healthy waters in the St. Johns River, its tributaries and its wetlands, through citizen-based advocacy. Door prizes will be awarded randomly throughout the evening.
Cesar Cardona will be performing a live acoustic set. Brewer’s will be offering a full menu the night of the show. Door prizes will be awarded randomly; check in on either Foursquare or Yelp to be eligible for a drawing for a free piece of art!
