Jaguars owner Shad Khan announced today he has plans to build a Four Seasons hotel in Downtown Jacksonville on the current site of Metropolitan Park. In addition to this project, Khan is also working on a Lot J Project which includes a music / concert venue, hotel, and residential apartments.

Plans released today for the new project include:

• 116,000-square-foot Four Seasons hotel with 177 rooms
• 91,500 square feet of residential space across 20 to 30 units
• 52,000-square-foot medical center
• Parking garage
