Jacksonville Beach Fl - Rumors are correct, there is a new brewery coming to Jacksonville Beach.

Zeta Restaurant and bar will start brewing this spring. The restaurant, known for their delicious food and affordable weekend brunch is taking it to a new level. Zeta recently hired Chris Prevatt, who will be the head brewer. The restaurant has invested in a seven-barrel system and has filed permitting. 

Zeta is hoping to have beer brewing by the end or March or mid April. Prevatt has been planning the new breweries ales and is hoping to have a India pale ale, rye pale, chocolate coffee stout and honey brown at launch. Prevatt plans on having 6 main lagers and a few seasonal ones after things get kicked off.

Prevatt is a experienced home brewer who attended Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago, the best-known brewing school in the country.
