Cheers to new cocktails! Mellow Mushroom has launched their new craft cocktail beverage menu (currently only available at the St. Augustine location.) I recently made the drive and got a chance to try a few of them. They have added 6 new beverages, and more margarita options with focus on super-premium ingredients and unique flavor profiles. 

The new cocktails include:

Peach Buzz- Jameson Irish Whiskey, Monin Peach Purée, Fresh  Lime and topped with Earl Grey Bitters from 18.21 Bitters.

Sunset in Paradise- Bacardi Superior Rum, Monin Coconut and Pomegranate Syrups, Pineapple and Fresh Sour.

Golden Goose- Grey Goose Vodka, Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup, Fresh Lemon, Pineapple and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

Jam N’ Juice- Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Aperivio, Cherry, Cranberry and Fresh Lime.

Mule It Over- Ketel One, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and Fresh Lime.

Mellow Mushroom has also kicked up their margarita game by offering you 3 types of tequila to chose from: Blanco, Reposado and Anejo. All 3 are made with Casamigos Tequila and Bauchant Orange Liqueur and House-made Agave Sour. 

You can try these drinks for yourself when they roll out at a Mellow Mushroom near you on November 9th. If you can’t wait that long, stop by Mellow in St Augustine. 

Oh, and great news Bartram! Mellow Mushroom is scheduled to open in Durban Park November 16!
