An indoor skydiving facility coming to St. Johns Town Center agreed to a land purchase in the shopping center, according to the Daily Record. A contract for 2.5 acres for the development of a $10 million to $12 million project was signed for an iFLY location, just south of Topgolf.
Representatives of Sky Entertainment LLC told the Daily Record that they expect the land sale to be completed early in 2018. The project should be completed by September or October 2018, according to the report.
Other iFLY centers in the state of Florida are open in Orlando, Fort Lauderdale and Tampa. The iFLY Orlando site says that prices start at $69.95 for two flights. Each session is 60 seconds, although the entire iFLY first-time experience takes about 90 minutes from start to finish.
