Live music, signature cocktails and beer compliment award winning brisket, ribs, burnt ends, and even the 2021 World Champion Pork Shoulder Slider, courtesy of Blues Hog Barbeque out of Washington, MO. 10 pitmasters including Jacksonville’s very own Bono’s and Sugarfire Smokehouse are cooking up 30,000 pounds of meat. These pitmasters will even teach you how to be the masters of your own backyard with live demonstrations throughout the weekend.
