On the eve of the fourth of July, be sure to come down and party like a patriot in for this month's "Red, White and Blues” Art Walk.
HEADQUARTERS @ HEMMING PARK
Main Stage - Join us for a live performance by Vibe RW from 5-6:30 p.m. followed by The Groove Coalition from 6:45-9 p.m. Watch the show from the comfort of The Oasis, Downtown Vision’s newest summer placemaking experience. Be sure to grab a free American flag from the red Art Walk tent while supplies last.
Browse artwork - ABDUL, Artzy Fartzy Petz, The Bead Bowl, Moonchild Studio, Tovah2Creations, Flor De Sol, HandMade Ratan Bag, The Bead Guy, Let’s Paint Our Town, Alternate Bazzar Art, Viktor Lazarev Arts, Hallyu Back and The Dynasty 11.
And don’t miss these vendors and non-profit organizations: Affordable Marijuanna License, Animal Care and Protective Services, All-American Gutter Protection, The Carling-11 East, Community Hospice and Palliative Care, IMPACT Christian Academy, LifeSouth Community Blood Centers and Moosehead Enterprises LLC. Jacksonville Main Library - Explore the Main Public Library exhibition, Reclaimed Life Beyond the Landfill. Learn about reusing plastics and other materials with Eco Relics. Don’t miss artists Malath Albakri and Cliff Buckley and enjoy music by John Drum.
Southlight Gallery - View the exhibit The Three Graces by Nofa Dixon, Dee Roberts, and Nancy Schultz. And check out Living Things, an evening of literary performances starting at 7 p.m. in the second-floor gallery as part of The Great American Poetry Crawl.
