Downtown’s Water Street Garage at the base of the Acosta Bridge will be getting a new LED art piece called ‘Emergence’! The artwork will feature programable LED lighting and is expected to be installed by the end of August.

The sculpture is being created by Seattle-based artists Laura Haddad & Tom Drugan. It’s design will feature the musical notes from two songs and it will pay tribute to Jacksonville’s history & diverse communities.
