Ancient City Entertainment has announced two brand new headliners for the inaugural AS IF! The 90’s Fest, which will be held Saturday, May 15th from 12pm to 9pm at Francis Field in downtown St. Augustine. With tunes like “Gangsta’s Paradise,” “Fantastic Voyage,” “1, 2, 3, 4 (Sumpin’ New),” and “C U When U Get There,” Coolio is a rapper and 1990s icon. He’ll be joined by fellow headliners Ken and Drew of Sister Hazel, a Gainesville-formed pop-rock band with singles like “All for You,” “Change Your Mind,” and “Happy.”

“Our original headliner, Eve 6, couldn’t make it over to Florida from California because of the pandemic, so we secured Coolio and Ken and Drew of Sister Hazel to co-headline,” explained Jeanetta Salyer, owner of Ancient City Entertainment and the organizer of the festival. “We’re pretty excited about these new acts and look forward to bringing a full-day concert line up with some of the raddest music from the 1990s while also raising money for ACE Alliance, a nonprofit set up to help local members of the tourism, entertainment, and hospitality industries that have been affected by the pandemic.”

The event will also feature the reunion show of Spider Monkey, a Florida-based rock band comprised of Todd Horn (vocals), Tony Gialluca (bass), Garrett Coleman (guitar), and Randy Rockalotta (drums). Additional bands playing the festival will include Salt & Pine, Kapowski, Nerd Kill Overdrive, Bad Dog Mama, Ramona + the RIOT, and Chillula.
