The 43rd Historic Springfield Tour of Homes and Gardens is right around the corner. The two-day event, featuring our brand-new presenting sponsor: The Akers Group with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, will be held May 14 & 15, 2022 from 12 noon to 5 pm. Six properties will be available to tour with five interior spaces decorated with a mix of modern and vintage styling and two beautiful gardens.

SPAR is excited to announce that the Bethel Baptist Institutional Church (215 Bethel Baptist Street) will be holding an Open House and hosting tours of their historic building on SATURDAY ONLY from 12 pm to 5 pm. Having gone through three different structural iterations, including the complete loss of the second during the Great Jacksonville Fire of 1901, Bethel Baptist is an incredible example of resiliency within Historic Springfield.
