New Pizza Joint Hits Riverside 5 Points

Riverside has been growing and gaining more small businesses for people to check out. Sun-Ray Cinema, known to be an historic staple to Riverside Five points, has a new project that has got everyone talking.

Pizza Cave, located two doors down from Sun-Ray Cinema is the newest restaurant and pizza joint. It transports people from the streets of Florida into a dark cave of wonders. This new restaurant specializes in selling pizza from either a slice or a pie. It also gives you other pizza options: the ZAAT, made of kimchi, fried egg and a spiraling sprinkle. They also serve guests subs, sandwiches, salads, hot dogs and shakes and even gluten-free and vegan options.

This is the second pizza joint that recently opened in Five Points. Jacksonville Beach’s Biggies Pizza opened at the former Kosta Pizza Italian restaurant at 1053 Park St, in December serving traditional New York style slices.
