Earth, Wind & Fire Return To The St. Augustine Amphitheatre On Saturday October 11, 2014

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. (July 7, 2014) – Soul-Funk-Fusion powerhouse Earth, Wind & Fire has announced their  “Now, Then & Forever” Tour stop at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Tickets go on sale to the public this Friday, July 11 at 10AM. 

Earth, Wind & Fire is America’s seventh top-selling musical group of all-time.  Inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame, Earth, Wind & Fire has earned eight Grammy Awards and four American Music Awards, scored eight #1 R&B singles and eight Double Platinum Top 10 Pop Albums alongside numerous other accolades including the prestigious Soul Train Legend Award.  Earth, Wind & Fire has sold more than 90 million albums worldwide and is one of the world’s top touring bands.  Born in Chicago in 1969 and one of the most important and innovative R&B/pop/funk musical groups of all time, Earth, Wind & Fire creates music that crosses years and decades and now connects the 20th and 21st centuries. 

In 2013, Legacy Recordings announced the release of Now, Then & Forever, the first new studio album from Earth, Wind & Fire since 2005’s Grammy-nominated Illuminations.  “The Now, Then & Forever album is really about the legacy of Earth, Wind & Fire,” said the group’s co-founder Philip Bailey. “The spirit of the band has always been about uplifting the consciousness of humanity. There’s a hope that this Earth, Wind & Fire music will go on forever.”

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, July 11 at 10am at The St. Augustine Amphitheatre and Ponte Vedra Concert Hall Box Offices.  Save on fees by purchasing tickets here at our box office, walk around the venue, scout your potential seat and have first pick when the tickets go on sale at 10am.  Tickets will also be available online at ticketmaster.com, all TicketMaster outlets or by phone at (800) 745-3000.
